You may simply need a price, availability, information or advice. We have four full-time, qualified horticulturist advisors, two of whom are qualified garden designers on the end of a phone available to help, by e-mail or in person at the nursery. They will e-mail you pictures of stock on our nursery, not trees in far off lands!

That doesn’t mean to say that if you are looking for trees that for some reason we do not have on our nursery that we will not be able to source them, but that we believe that you would prefer to personally select that perfect tree for your project. Furthermore, our trees can come with a guarantee that gives you peace of mind, and doesn’t leave you trying to figure out a solution when that special specimen that is the centrepiece of your design looks poorly or is no longer living. Visit any time, Monday to Saturday. You are welcome to make an appointment prior to your visit, but we pride ourselves in the personal service we are able to provide, even on a walk-in basis. With the largest on site nursery sales team in the UK, backed up by Jane in customer service, Sara our sales manager and Steve our MD, it is very rare that there is not someone able to assist you.

The tree you pick is the tree you get! We are not interested in sending the nursery team down to collect the next tree in the row, but encourage you to personally select that perfect tree for your project. Of course, if you wish, our horticultural advisors will pick and tag you the best tree on your behalf based on your specifications, and will tell you if they feel it is unsuitable. We are only interested in long-term relationships, built on trust and mutual benefit.

Our trees have roots! We all know that it is very tempting to buy the cheapest tree, often as a rootball that has 70% of its roots cut off! This is okay if you are planting whips, but not mature trees, as all that will happen is that they will take years to establish and may well, die. Why take the risk and potential of a disappointed client, when you can purchase a superior quality tree in an AirPot guaranteeing you a fabulous, fibrous root system?

We offer a private meeting room for your visit. You may want to bring your client to view the trees and make a selection; we offer a private garden room with a complimentary gourmet coffee machine for you to discuss in private before or after your tour of the nursery, overlooking our ‘Courtyard Garden’. This room can be booked for an hour at no charge to use with or without a Majestic Trees horticultural advisor.

You may wish to collect your trees. We are more than happy to prepare in advance, stock you have purchased, preferably with 24 hours notice. We will assist you in loading the trees or if you use a common carrier, load the trees for you.

We can deliver to kerb. This is a popular service we offer, as unlike many other nurseries, we have our own custom built trucks to carry your delivery. The huge benefit of this is that you do not have to find or provide the equipment to offload the trees, as the truck comes equipped as required, most likely with a truck mounted telescopic fork lift. . Furthermore, our rear wheel steer artic trailers all come with lifting and sliding roofs if you need to crane the trees in on your project.

We will deliver to your tree pits. You may have the manpower or equipment to dig a perfect tree pit, but if the tree is rather large you may not have the specialised equipment to put it in the hole. We offer, for an additional charge, a very competitive service whereby we will provide this service and leave you to finish the job.

We offer a complete planting service too.  One of our most popular, even with landscape contractors, is our complete planting service where we dig the tree pits, provide the equipment to deliver the trees, anchor the trees , do the backfilling and take the muck away. Our charges are very competitive and this service comes with our unique ‘establishment warranty’ that gives you the peace of mind as to who will be responsible so long as the tree is cared for.

Last but not least, we offer peace of mind with our AfterCare service. To ensure that your tree thrives, we offer this service whereby we check your newly trees once per month during the growing season. Another thing that makes Majestic Trees different is that all of our trees are labelled with a very clear and detailed description, just in case you had forgotten certain details as to its growth habit, size, flowers, etc. None of our labels have any pricing on them, but each tree will have a number on the label that you can easily cross-reference to in your ‘Professional Price List’ as you walk around. For your ease of use, we can provide you with our pricelist for your i-pad or other tablet prior or upon arrival for your nursery visit. We try to lay out the nursery as simply as possible, with each area and row having a different number clearly shown and on the plans in the price guide and around the site.

We would be very pleased for you to establish a relationship with Majestic Trees enabling you to select and purchase trees on trade terms and from our ‘Professional Price List’. For regular and long established customers, we do offer 30 day accounts for credit worthy horticultural-related businesses on completion of a credit application. Please either download it on-line or request a copy of the application at the nursery, and upon its submission, allow 21 days for a decision though this timescale is highly dependent on your references and bank expediting our enquiries. In the meantime we will issue you a ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ for our website Trade portal and the ‘Log-in’ on the top bar, which will give you current availability and pricing. Please do not give this info out as we wish to protect our trade customers and the pricing structure that you use when selling on our trees to your customers.
