An outstanding New Zealand cultivar raised by James Hutton Kidd in the early 20th century. The skin is yellow with an extensive orange-red flush. The flesh creamy-yellow in colour and firm with a predominantly sweet and juicy yet aromatic flavour. Will keep in cold store until Christmas. Flowering group C, not self-fertile. H5
