Noted for its unusual fern-like leaves, very narrow with an attractive wavy margin, this spreading shrub provides high value for wildlife as well as ornamental interest. The small white flowers aren't very showy but attract bees and are followed by drupes of green berries changing to red, then finally black in September. Good in all moist soils. H7
