An old cultivar with beautiful pendulous branches and delicate, lace like leaves. Mushroom shaped when young, ultimately a dense rounded bush. Leaves unfold orange-red turning bronze-green in summer and then orange-yellow in autumn. Plant in a sheltered, well drained location. Suitable for containers. Mature height 1.2-1.8m. Hardy.
